Can stopping depression or bipolar meds cause numbness/tingling or fingertips and lips? - bipolar meds

I did not quit cold turkey, but my doctor was not apporved. They did not take me and my health can afford medical benefits. I need advice from someone with experience or a doctor. If the numbness, if possible, outside of these drugs, or it could be another problem. (Blood sugar, anxiety, etc.) Thanks for your help
